​Candidates shortlisted are thoroughly interviewed and briefed on the nature of the appointment.

You will be consulted at every stage of the process and receive a shortlist, together with the consultant's notes. Our support continues through to appointment providing, if required, advice on the salary and employee terms.


​Search (headhunt)
Major assignments are conducted most effectively by executive search. Meridian has built up a network of contacts throughout the publishing and media industries and has its own research team, thus ensuring we are able to target quality candidates. All approaches to candidates are made with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.


​Selection (advertised approach)
In addition to search, advertising can provide a wider trawl for appropriate candidates. We can advise on design, wording and optimum publications for advertisements.
